1. Eligibility

3.1 Nature of Products. Rudravatika sells Rudraksha beads, malas, bracelets, kavach, and other items marketed for spiritual, devotional, and wellness purposes. Product descriptions referencing spiritual benefits, energization, astrological properties, or healing properties are based on traditional belief systems and customer testimonials. These statements are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional claims, are not evaluated or endorsed by any regulatory or medical authority, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3.2 Authenticity. We represent that our Rudraksha and related products are natural and, where stated, accompanied by lab/authenticity certification (e.g., GGTL or equivalent) as mentioned on the specific product page. Certification, where provided, applies only to the specific product ordered and not to all products across the catalog.

3.3 Product Images and Natural Variation. Rudraksha beads are natural products. Actual size, color, grain pattern ("mukh" lines), and texture may vary slightly from the images shown, as each bead is unique. Such variation is not a defect and is not grounds for exchange, except as expressly stated in our Exchange Policy.

3.4 Pricing and Availability. All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order; since we do not issue cash refunds, any amount paid on a cancelled order will be settled as store credit as described in our Exchange Policy.

3.5 Sale and Discount Offers. Percentage discounts, "Save Rs. X" tags, and limited-time offers (e.g., seasonal sales) are calculated against the listed "Regular Price" (MRP or pre-discount price) and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Payment Methods. We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your pin code.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may be subject to a verification call/SMS/order-confirmation step before dispatch. We reserve the right to disable COD for specific pin codes, order values, or customers with a history of refused deliveries.

4.4 Order confirmation via email/SMS indicates that we have received your order; it does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of the order until dispatch confirmation is sent.

4.5 You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and related terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

6. No Returns, No Refunds — Exchange Only

6.1 Rudravatika does not accept returns, and does not issue cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. Our full policy on exchanges, eligibility, timelines, and store credit is set out in our separate Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and which you agree to by placing an order on the Site.

6.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your sole remedy for any eligible issue with your order (damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete item) is a product exchange or store credit as described in the Exchange Policy — not a return of the product for cash, or a refund to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Rudravatika name and logo, product photography, product descriptions, graphics, text, layout, and design — is the property of Rudravatika or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

7.3 Customer-submitted content (e.g., product reviews, testimonials, images shared with us) may be used by Rudravatika for marketing and promotional purposes across the Site and social media, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or another user's account;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Site's functioning;

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rudravatika, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian e-commerce rules that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where a monetary refund is legally mandated in a specific case (e.g., by a Consumer Forum or competent authority), we will comply accordingly.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
